That steak is so rare Koenigsegg thinks you should charge more for it.

Get out the knife and have the cow walk by the broiler slowly. Just trim the filet off as the cow walks by.

Thursday night we went to a fancy Chinese barbque place in Taipei. Like a hibachi with a grill at the table. The opening salvo was a thin slice of steak with gold leaf on it. They cooked it for like 30 seconds on one side only and then placed it on a stack of lettuce, rice and caviar. It was so rare that you could still hear the cow’s bell. I’m not a lover of caviar, so that kind of messed it up for me.
